Bob and his wife Lisa are longtime residents of Colorado. A conservative constitutionalist, Bob knows the source of our rights is from our creator, and the only legitimate purpose of government is to protect those rights.

Active in conservative politics since he was a teenager, Bob has served with the Elbert Republican Central Committee since 2010 and was elected as the Elbert County Republican Vice Chairman from 2015-2020.  He served as Chairman of the Republican Committee for Colorado House District 64 for 6 years, and ran the HD64 replacement committee during the difficult time when his friend and mentor, State Representative Kimmi Lewis, passed away.  Bob served for 3 years on the Elbert County Planning Commission, retiring as the Planning Commission’s Chairman in 2019. He has been active with the Conservative Breakfast Association of Elbert County since its founding in 2009, served as CBAOEC Chairman from 2009-2015 and continues as a board member for this organization. Bob was active in the Convention of States movement, where he traveled across Colorado giving presentations on Article V. Convention of States initiatives. He graduated from of The Leadership Program of the Rockies in 2017 and was a member of Liberty Toastmasters.

A successful Real Estate Broker since 1996, Bob has specialized in rural and agricultural properties, and presently operates his own brokerage, the Independent Real Estate Network of Colorado. Bob was previously a Managing Broker of several real estate offices across the Front Range for Frontier Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Company and for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokers. Prior to real estate, he worked as a Regional and National sales manager in the plastics manufacturing industry. Bob holds a 4-year Business Administration degree from California State University, with concentrations in Business Accounting, Finance, and Management.

Bob is a commercially rated pilot and an avid outdoorsman. He is a strong proponent of 2nd amendment and a Certified NRA handgun instructor.  As an 8-year volunteer with The Elizabeth Stampede Rodeo Association, he served as the Sponsorship Committee Chairman, building a strong sponsorship program for rodeo youth. Bob enjoys giving back to his community as frequently as possible, through volunteer and community engagement efforts.
